Ingredients: 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp tomato paste 8 garlic cloves 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp allspice 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Equipment: Barbeque & equipment, skewers, mixing bowl Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup extra Virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 8 cloves garlic, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp allspice, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Cube 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs Toss chicken in marinade and let sit.
