Coleslaw
Ingredients: 1/4 head green cabbage 1/4 head red cabbage 1 carrot 1 red onion 1 cup mayo 2 tbsp white sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice Special Equipment: Food processor Instructions: Use food processor to combine 1/4 head green cabbage, 1/4 head red cabbage, 1 carrot, and 1 red onion Remove blended vegetables and put in a mixing bowl Add 1 cup mayo, 2 tbsp white sugar, and 1/4 cup lemon juice, and stir until fully integrated Yield: A mixing-bowl's worth of coleslaw Source: Trial and error Description: This was the first potluck item that I learned to make when I was in college.
