Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients 1 (15 oz) canned pumpkin puree 4 large eggs 1 cup veg oil 2/3 cups water 3 cups white sugar 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp ground ginger Yield: 3 loaves   Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, grease and flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans In large bowl, mix together 15 oz canned pumpkin puree, 4 eggs, 1 cup veg oil, 2/3 cup water, 3 cups white sugar In a separate bowl, mix together 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking soda, , 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cloves, 1/4 tsp ginger Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until well mixed and pour into pans Bake for about 50 mins.
