Ingredients -1 & 1/2 tbsp yeast -1/4 cup sugar -1 & 1/4 tbsp salt -7 cups flour -1/4 cup oil -3 cups warm water Yields: 3 loaves Instructions: Mix together 3 cups warm water, 1 and a half tablespoons yeast, and 1/4 cup sugar, let stand 10 min Add 3 cups flour and beat for 2 min Add 4 cups flour, 1 tbsp and 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil Knead for 10 min Cover and rise until doubled in size, prepare loaf pans, I rub them with margarine Punch down, knead a bit and put into loaf pans Let rise for 1/2 an hour, preheat oven to 375 degrees Bake for 50 min This feels like a good place to start this blog.
